Responsibilities - External:

The Engineering Processing Department has an immediate opening for an Engineering Assistant in the Toronto office. This position will be responsible for administrative support within the Field Engineering Department. This position's primary function is to support the Manager of Office Engineering and Training (MOET).

Key Accountabilities include:

Quality review and distribution of plan review and project letters.

Performing Customer Service Desk follow-ups by contacting clients via telephone.

Ensure correct distribution of Initial notifications regarding exposures to Client property to the

appropriate personnel within FM Global.

Work on any assignments/projects as assigned by EPM or MOET.

Qualifications - External:

College/University degree or equivalent;

Demonstrated above average ability in organization, time management and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
