Overview - External:

Responsibilities - External:

Under minimum supervision, works independently using considerable judgment and initiative to handle all executive secretarial and administrative functions on behalf of a senior executive(s).

Anticipate and prepare materials for the senior executive for conferences, meetings, telephone or video conferences, etc.

Compose general correspondence to clearly communicate a message as required.  Prepare documents, letters and reports creatively using technology.

Manage workload; balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Carefully manage calendars; schedule appointments for senior executive; arrange travel schedule and reservations;   coordinate meetings/meeting logistics, including catering, as required.

Assist in the development of the work group's budget, business planning, and related planning functions.  

Qualifications - External:

College degree preferred.

8+ years of administrative/executive secretarial experience supporting senior management, or equivalent; with internal company knowledge/experience preferred.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook email, Skype, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  In addition the applicant should possess excellent keyboard skills, refined telephone skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills,  outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information and material.
