Overview - External:

Responsibilities - External:

Manages a team of Global Processing Specialists who provide policy, invoice and associated documentation to our WorldReach Partner network supporting Operations in writing their Global Programs.  Support team to produce draft certificates, manage locally issued documentation, distribute premium and loss reinsurance within FM Global financial systems.

Responsible for recruitment, performance reviews, development plans and manage a small book of business.  Support team to meet Corporate Objectives

Actively involved in recommending and implementing processes that meet client requirements whilst gaining efficiencies in the process.

Qualifications - External:

Bachelor degree; equivalent work experience; or completion of appropriate/applicable insurance courses

Management or Supervisory experience preferred

Good understanding of processing at FM Global

Knowledge of Processing Systems (GBS/PDMS/GIA) distinct advantage

Demonstrable previous supervisory or team lead roles

Ability to manage complex activities within a changing environment

Ability to lead, manage and motivate

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong analytical ability

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Customer focused

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to research issues, identify problems and maintain effective working relationships with team, WRPs, Operations and clients

Ability to maintain and develop evaluation tools to ensure progress and monitor accountability

Math Test required

Second language skills beneficial (Spanish, French, Portuguese)
