Under the direction of the manager, provides analytical and other professional level support to the compensation function, including research, analyses and data tracking requiring an advanced understanding of compensation techniques, theories, methods and practices.  Uses standard procedures and applies fundamental compensation concepts while assisting in the administration of assigned compensation programs.


Education – Bachelor’s Degree or combination of equivalent education and/or experience.  Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Experience – 8+ Years in compensation or other HR function that would give the candidate a solid understanding of compensation  

Skills/Knowledge -

  • Sound knowledge of compensation law and techniques, applications and programs
  • Solid math and analytical skills to analyze data and produce reports
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with HRIS applications. Workday experience is a plus, and the qualified candidate must have or be able to gain a strong understanding of Workday configuration (with training).
  • Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
  • Customer focused to provide support to clients with salary administration and data needs
  • Team oriented to work collaboratively with other business units
  • Project management skills
