Summary:

FM Global is seeking a creative, experienced marketing professional specializing in digital content strategy, planning, development, execution, and integration. The digital content marketing consultant has a number one priority and focus on all aspects of social media and associated digital marketing activities as assigned.

In addition to developing a business-aligned content strategy across organizational digital channels and working with internal and external partners to accomplish and execute the vision, the position will establish measurement strategies to identify successes and challenges across our vast array of digital properties and platforms. After identification, the consultant will recommend and implement action. This position also provides strategic counsel to internal and external teams, leveraging cross-campaign learning and sharing industry best practices to drive recommendations and business decisions.

The work model for this position is hybrid. Leadership is flexible to hire someone to fill this role who is commutable to any of our FM Global offices to accommodate the hybrid requirement.


Responsibilities:

Develops, implements, and leads overall content marketing strategy for social media, social selling, thought leadership and associated campaigns as assigned.

Partners with internal teams to produce new campaign content, while ensuring consistent yet flexible content aligned to business and brand objectives.

Collaborates and strategizes with owners of the FM Global Group’s other digital properties to ensure alignment, consistency, measurement, and optimization.

Monitors and analyzes data for insights, documents results, and presents/disseminates reports, formulates recommendations to drive audience engagement.

Plans, manages, executes, and measures campaigns to achieve business and marketing goals aligned to Corporate and Operations Objectives and KRAs.

Utilizes an omnichannel approach to reach target audiences.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communication, or related field.

Highly Preferred Education:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communication, or related field.

Required Work Experience:

  • 6-8+ years of experience required in professional content and digital marketing experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Deep experience establishing marketing and content strategies for web properties.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing including campaigns, advertising, search, email, social and managing properties.
  • Experience analyzing data, drawing insights, and driving recommendations.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with industry standard analytics and online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdWords.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Expert-level Excel use.
  • Working knowledge of HTML code and web applications.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Highly Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Sprinklr or LiveSocial a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM.
  • Experience using CRM, CMS and email marketing platforms.

The hiring range for this position is $85,800 to $123,300 USD. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
