Schedule and Location:
This position is office-based in Johnston, RI and the working model is hybrid; 50% of work to be completed on-site and 50% of work can be completed remotely. Mondays and Tuesdays are anchor days and required in-office, weekly.
Potentially some travel for training or an occasional audit. 2-3 max per year. Usually within North America.
Responsibilities:
This position performs moderately complex financial and operational audits for designated areas of FM Global’s businesses. This is to identify and document compliance with operating procedures, best practices and standards in order to support an assessment of the soundness and adequacy of established controls. Works independently with minimal guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/University Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required
- 3+ years of internal or external audit experience
- Strong understanding of control procedures, audit techniques, computer systems, and general business operations.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment!
- Ability to multi-task
The salary range for this position is $76,200 to $109,500. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
