Overview:

This is a US based position and will be located in our Corporate Headquarters in Johnston, RI. This position will require a 50% in office hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

The Global Mobility Consultant provides niche global mobility consultation and execution for employees, internal groups and vendors to assure the effective delivery of the global mobility end to end process. Oversees, coordinates and engages with employees being relocated, Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager to help facilitate correct utilization of internal and external resources and services, and supports vendors to effectively align their services to employees. Through proactive oversight and engagement, helps, guides, informs and problem-solves to resolve issues. Provides a clear point of contact for those needing support in the mobility process and understands and leverages internal and external resources to assure a positive employee relocation experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversees and proactively engages with employees being relocated, as well as other internal parties to enable effective execution of the global mobility end to end process.

Oversees and proactively engages with vendors supporting the relocation process to assure they are aligned with process, performing appropriately, and we have means to assess performance and responsiveness.

Collects needed information to allow tracking and reporting of needed employee and vendor process and performance metrics.

Develops and updates policies to assure they are current and supportive of continuous improvement.

Engages with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and HR business partners to identify and potentially resolve mobility barriers early on in talent selection process.

Qualifications:

5 years in Global Mobility, HR or other technical function

Success Factors:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, data, and report skills
  • Demonstrated a customer focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience handling confidential information
  • Previous experience managing projects
  • Previous experience creating briefings and presentations for large and small groups
  • Previous experience managing vendors

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position is $85,800 to $123,300. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
