The Manager, Corporate Travel and Travel & Experience (T&E) will have strategic oversight of the Corporate Travel and Travel & Expense Reimbursement departments. This position is responsible for the development, updating and monitoring of corporate travel policies, programs, and initiatives on a global basis.
This position dually manages the daily operations and strategic vision of the Corporate Travel and T&E departments. This is to ensure optimal traveler experience, proper deployment of company resources and superior management reporting/analysis, which is critical for management decision making.
Since travel is dynamic and fluid, the Manager, Corporate Travel and T&E must be an effective change agent. The Manager, Corporate Travel and T&E must be capable of communicating change and garnering both compliance and commitment. Furthermore, this position frequently interacts with senior and executive management. Therefore strong presentation and communication skills with a focus on conveying crystallized messages is critical.
- Minimum Education: 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors or equivalent (CPA or MBA is a plus)
- Minimum Years of Experience: Eight Years
- Previous operational Corporate Travel experience preferred
