The methods analyst will analyze policy data and business processes; conduct processing audits according to protocol; provide business support for various systems/applications and workflow processes; write/update procedures and guidelines; document and communicate findings.

The incumbent will collaboratively work with I.S. Agile teams to participate in user acceptance testing, work through scenarios, etc. in preparation of implementation of new systems and processes, while ensuring expected outcomes and performance.

These tasks will be carried out via review and validation of reinsurance, client arrangement, account/policy structure, policy terms & conditions, and system data for accuracy and compliance to corporate processing procedures and guidelines.

The analyst must document discrepancies found during policy reviews, identify trends or training needs, conduct solid analysis of data/results, and effectively communicate findings.

He/she will field support calls and conduct trending of calls to identify and provide training opportunities, as necessary.

Collaboration with other business units (internal and external), including operational staff, is critical.

The analyst will assist in all areas of Audit & Data Management, assist co-workers with heavy workloads, including Entity Control, as necessary, ensuring deliverable deadlines are met.


Minimum 3-5 years insurance experience.

College preferred.

Knowledge of FM Global business systems and processes (i.e. GBS, PDMS, CSS, etc.).

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with proven analytical skills. Must be flexible, creative-logical thinker, a multi-tasker able to work under aggressive timelines, embrace change, work well independently and within a team, with superb client focus.

Must be able to shift focus quickly to successfully prioritize tasks appropriately.

Travel required.
