Responsibilities:

This is a hybrid, cross functional role tending to all areas of the Audit & Data Management and Entity Control Teams, ensuring backlog is manageable and project timelines are met.

In this role, you will analyze policy data and business processes, conduct processing audits for AFM & FM Lines according to protocols, document recommendations, and identify trends or training needs.

Additionally, provide business support for various systems/applications and establish workflow processes for our internal and operational staff. It will be required to prepare reports with analyzed data, write/update procedures and guidelines, and document/communicate/present findings.

This role will collaboratively work with Agile teams to participate in user acceptance testing, work through scenarios, etc. This is in preparation of implementation of new systems and processes, while ensuring expected outcomes and performance.

In addition, you will coordinate the transfer of accounts and/or business interests including merger/acquisitions and spinoffs with operations. Also, analyze and resolve issues that occur during or as the result of the transfer process.

You’ll be responsible for entering and maintaining prospect/client and non-prospect client information in applicable systems. This includes but is not limited to: account name and address changes, account team changes, brokers, coinsurers, ceding companies, WRPs (WorldReach Partners) and insured codes.

These tasks will be carried out via review and validation of reinsurance, client arrangement, account/policy structure, policy terms & conditions, and system data. This is for accuracy and compliance to corporate processing procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years relatable business experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio desirable.
  • Knowledge of some or all processing systems, including but not limited to Strategic Relationship System (SRS), Policy Document Management System (PDMS), Global Tracking System (GTS), Global Business System (GBS), Certificates Application, Insurance Product Delivery, etc., is beneficial.
  • Seeking an enthusiastic, diligent individual with proven analytical skills. Must be accountable, flexible, creative-logical problem solver. Also, will be a multi-tasker able to work under firm timelines, embrace change, work well independently and within a team, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Must shift focus quickly to successfully prioritize tasks appropriately.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $83,400USD. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
