Responsibilities - External:

Provide accurate and timely resolutions and support to operations and corporate staff relating to the delivery of worldwide insurance processing systems, workflows and processes.

Assist with the documentation, implementation and communication of new procedures to ensure that systems and workflows meet the expectations of our clients and business users.

Aid in the design of training materials, corporate business help and standards that are intuitive, user-friendly and consistent across all FM Global Operations.

Represent business needs on project teams that involve IS, Finance, Marketing , Claims, Legal, etc.

Verify system and application data to ensure the quality and integrity of our data.

Participate in system requirements gathering and documentation involved with the development of new systems and enhancements to existing systems to ensure business needs are being met. This includes testing, developing, implementing, training and supporting company-wide business processing applications.

This person may be required to conduct training and must be willing to travel globally.

Create and deliver presentations on process changes and systems enhancements.

This person should possess strong project management skills.

Qualifications - External:

College/Business Degree required 

3+ insurance or related work experience 

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook 

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 

Exceptional math and analytical skills 

Outstanding time and priority management skills 

      Highly detailed multitasking team player
