Responsibilities:

The Procedures Specialist is responsible for specific accountabilities within their respective team to provide accurate and timely information to end users. These include, but are not limited to supporting operational staff with Client Service processes, understanding worldwide business processing, participating in team projects that could require system testing, ensuring accuracy of data entered and fed through corporate systems (i.e. Strategic Relationship System (SRS), Client Service System (CSS), Business Entity & Document Distribution (BE/DD), Account Number Assignment, Account Master, etc.), etc. and developing and delivering reports to corporate and operational staff, facilitating Reinsurance requests (i.e. treaty updates/renewals, etc.). Creation and maintenance of documented procedures is critical for internal and external direction.

This role will coordinate efforts of multiple resources including Underwriting Management, Underwriting Assurance, and Corporate Reinsurance to ensure processing procedures and workflows are properly followed.

In addition, they will provide support to Methods Analysts within processing and systems to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:


High School or equivalent and minimum 2 years experience in an business/office role or environment is preferred.
