The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant contributes to the development of functional talent acquisition strategy! They are recognized as an expert in talent acquisition within the organization and assigned departments. Anticipates internal and/or external challenges and/or regulatory issues. Recommends service improvements. Operates with little or no supervision. May lead project teams or mentor other talent acquisition team members.

  • Consults with business units to create and implement recruitment strategies to support business objectives. Qualifies and interviews candidates and plays a major role in the selection process.
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate employment relationships with vendors, colleges and diversity organizations.
  • Selects and negotiates external vendor relationships as well as other third-party resources.
  • Provides Interviewing Training programs to business groups in accordance with corporate objectives as well as business needs.
  • Develops and interprets HR/Talent Acquisition policies and procedures through direct dealings with business units. This includes but is not limited to Background Investigations, Coops/Interns, Employee Referral Program, Visa Acquisition and I-9 Processing.
  • Provides guidance, training and development of talent acquisition employees.
  • Proactively identifies regional changes to competitive marketplace and determines appropriate recommendations and plans.


  • 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors. Equivalent experience and Certified Staffing Professional (CCP) Designation preferred.
  • Ten years minimum required in staffing or other HR or technical function.
  • Expert knowledge of staffing laws, techniques, applications and programs.
  • Leads and manages change as required.
  • Expertise in recruiting techniques and must be savvy in the use of web-based recruiting technology.
  • Expertise in organizational structure and the functions of supported business units.
  • Overall sound understanding of the company’s key business strategies.
  • Must balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Excellent technical skills, including Workday/iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, Word, as well as the ability to analyze data and produce staffing metric reports.
