Is a direct resource and guide for CSTs, BDEs and Ops/Sales mgmt teams in all operations worldwide

Develops and implements regional/country strategies with Operations and Sales to establish FM Global as the market of choice in the two key sectors and identifies new affinity sectors to be cultivated (e.g. real estate or luxury goods)

Nurtures and pursues deep expertise in the specified business segments in our global markets. Maintains thorough knowledge of practice clients and prospects.

Oversees and edits practice webpage and establishes presence in social media

Identifies, communicates and supports training for the operations and sales 10%

Oversees development and organization of practice resources for access by others in the company. Contributes to new business and stewardship material

Establishes, facilitates and maintains high level contact with clients, prospects and industry groups to enhance the image and success of FM Global through conferences and personal networks


Except where required by licensure or regulation a combination of comparable education and experience may be used to satisfy qualification requirement.


  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Insurance qualifications beneficial. Graduate degree preferred!


  • 10 Insurance experience preferably as an FM Global Account Manager, Risk Manager or broker in the Education and Healthcare areas.
  • Solid understanding of underwriting and engineering principles
  • Familiarity with relevant industry pools and schemes
  • Sound knowledge of FM Global’s Business model Skills - "the how" needed to successfully deliver "the what"
  • High personal profile in at least two of the global practice industries. Strong consulting skills. Executive presence and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to work globally across the company and industries. Executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels internally and with various levels of client buying influences.
