Mutual Boiler Re, a division of FM Global, is seeking a full-time customer service position in our Malvern, PA headquarters. For nearly 140 years, Mutual Boiler Re has been a leading provider of equipment breakdown reinsurance and today has more than 250 treaty partnerships across North America.
The position is a processing assistant and will be responsible for the consistent and efficient processing of equipment breakdown policy transactions. Individual must be self motivated for quick on-the-job training, have the ability to work independently, and be able to work in a team environment. Candidates should demonstrate understanding of good work ethic, data entry integrity, analytical skills and enjoy routine work. Extended periods of time at the computer is required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Two years insurance or related customer service experience
- Skills/Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and general database experience. Excellent oral and written skills
