- Repairs, installs, and troubleshoots electrical equipment under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
- Performs electrical preventive maintenance, maintains schedules, and completes work by date assigned.
- Performs electrical repairs where electrical license is not required.
- Assists electrical supervisor in energy and cost conservation.
- Performs light housekeeping duties such as maintaining electric rooms and stock room duties.
- Maintains a friendly and pleasant rapport with all tenants in the office park.
- Performs other special projects or duties as may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent or vocational diploma with electrical background.
One year plus experience as a helper in construction or maintenance with direct exposure to electrical equipment and electrical maintenance.
Mechanical apitude. Ability to read blueprints, emphasis on electrical drawings.
