We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the Paris Operations Engineering team as Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Manager of Office Engineering and Training, the successful applicant will be responsible for being an essential resource to Office Engineering as well as the entire Field Engineering Department.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Office Engineering Administrative functions
  • Managing Customer Service Desk Calendars and document distribution
  • Project and Risk Improvement process management and follow up
  • Work Assignment assistant functions, including audits, transactions, and Special visit creation.
  • FE visit agenda formatting
  • General Administration duties


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum Bac+2 diploma
  • Previous solid administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and team-work skills
  • Full Microsoft Office literacy
  • Fluency in French & English - written & oral. Other European languages would be a plus
