The Inclusion Forum Program Lead will establish, Lead and Support the Inclusion Framework, Operating and Governance Model


Responsibilities:

*This role supports our APAC locations 

Working closely with the Forum Advisory Group, Forum Division Leads, Committee Leads, Administrative resources and other key stakeholders, support the Forums with strategy development and execution.

Guide Forum compliance with the FM Global charter. Support Forums with the development of metrics and measurement.

Monitor progress of the various Forum projects on a regular and ongoing basis.

Ensure metric alignment among FORUMs and the aggregation of overall metrics and measurement for reporting purposes.


Prepare and deliver Inclusion presentations and communications, as appropriate for internal and external audiences, to include support for preparation of Board-level presentations.

Participate in internal and external meetings, as required. Engage and prepare senior leaders for participation in Forum-related events.


Support the development and execution of D&I organization-wide initiatives, programs and projects that cultivate a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Lead Forums in the review of policies for the purpose of soliciting feedback to policy owners.


Maintain relationships with external DEI partnerships to strategically deliver development and networking opportunities to Forum membership.


Lead Forum leadership in the development and deployment of membership engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

BA required, prefer business, HR Development, Multi-Cultural Studies
4+ years of HR or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Management experience
Experience collaborating with and presenting to internal and external partners
Expatriate work experience preferred!
Strong project and organizational change skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to partner collaboratively across HR functions and other departments
Strong command of DEI knowledge
