Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of various items, which includes: slicing meats, cheese and vegetables for deli and salad bar, etc.
  • Front of house duties, to include: preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
  • Serving hot entrees.
  • Operating grill station preparing breakfast and lunch items.
  • Assisting with other food service-related tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:

1-2 years in the food service industry, including good customer service.

Good knife skills and basic understanding of food service equipment.
