The Client Service Team has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.  This position Uses considerable judgment and initiative in providing a wide variety of administrative support services to the Client Service Manager, Account Managers, and Underwriters. Anticipates, gathers, and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports, presentations and various other documents. Should be a detail-oriented person that is very well organized and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should be dynamic, proactive, with a “can-do” attitude.


  • Various administrative tasks as requested by Account Managers, Assistant Client Service Manager, and Client Service Manager. This includes updating internal systems; internal requests; tracking deliverables; portfolio information management; filing; contact management; certificate requests.
  • Support the Account Managers with event coordination/lists; preparing renewal supporting documents; and external client communications.
  • Gather information (data) from various internal systems to facilitate the account renewal process for Account Managers.
  • Ensure client requests are handled in the absence of the Account Managers.



College studies preferred


3+ years of office experience supporting a work group.

Insurance industry experience is considered a plus.

Skills and competencies

Strong written grammar in English. Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams knowledge. Organized, meticulous, self-sufficient, and proactive. Independent, but able to work in a team environment.
