FM Global is a leading property insurer of the world's largest businesses, providing more than one-third of FORTUNE 1000-size companies with engineering-based risk management and property insurance solutions. FM Global helps clients maintain continuity in their business operations by drawing upon state-of-the-art loss-prevention engineering and research; risk management skills and support services; tailored risk transfer capabilities; and superior financial strength. To do so, we rely on a dynamic, culturally diverse group of employees, working in more than 100 countries, in a variety of challenging roles.

The Market Design Coordinator (MDC), based in either one of the three offices within Canada Operations (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver), supports 12-15 Client Service Teams (CSTs) with execution of the Client Service Process to attain annual strategic retention objectives, drive risk improvement, strengthen client loyalty and enable the success of operations as needed. The position coordinates with marketing functions to create client-centric plans that deliver maximum impact through personalized assets and resources. The candidate will apply knowledge of our business and offerings and connect them to the client needs through customized campaigns. The ability to translate engineering and insurance information graphically to the C-Suite is needed through a creative services approach.

We are looking for a creative consultant to work alongside our engineering and underwriting and sales teams. The BES should be adept at collaborating with other professionals, finding creative ways to message complex business and engineering issues and preparing detailed proposals.

Identify internal and external resources for use in marketing execution for targeted strategic accounts.
  • Understand which internal marketing campaigns and assets to use for individual account engagement planning.
  • Review and understand Client Relationship Survey scores and support CSTs to modify internally and externally facing material to addresses deficiencies, if any, in those scores.
  • Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with CSTs to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans stay on track and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications.
  • Measure and analyze client-centric program performance on agreed-upon account targets. Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts and contacts within these accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English.

  • Proven experience mining the web and familiarity with social networking tools.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Ability to be proactive, goal oriented and collaborative.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
