This role leads, coaches and develops the Insurance Product Delivery team responsible for executing insurance policies and procedures in support of new business, renewals, and mid-term transactions.

Liaises with all key stakeholders in support of corporate objectives that relate to the accurate and timely delivery of worldwide insurance products and to achieve the highest level of customer service both internally and externally.

This is an office-based position and the successful candidate must be commutable to either our San Franciso, Los Angeles operations or Seattle branch office.

Depending on the level of the candidate's skill and experience this position may be eligible for alignment to Insurance Program Delivery Manager I or II. Varying levels of experience and qualifications will be considered.


Coordinates processing activities to ensure quality and accuracy in gathering and producing information and recording financial, corporate and business interest information supporting insurance products.

  • This role leads, coaches, and manages a team, both within location and remote to location, responsible for processing policies and transactional services supporting business and client/broker needs.
  • Leading all aspects of staff with the scope of:
  • Completing performance reviews
  • Interviewing
  • Hiring
  • Leading all meaningful employee relations activities
  • Coaches and develops employees/direct reports.
  • Identify skill(s) gaps, knowledge gaps and provide vital training resources for employees to aid in their development.
  • Liaises with all key partners in support of company and department objectives that relate to the accurate and timely delivery of services and to achieve the highest level of customer service both internally and externally.
  • Works collaboratively with management to meet business and capacity needs.
  • Possesses full authority for establishing and maintaining data integrity.
  • Communicate and implement corporate rules and guidelines related to business and transactional processes.
  • Connect with operations and corporate personnel to implement business changes and procedures.
  • Travel for this role is 15-20%

  • 4-year college degree is highly preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in management is highly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of corporate rules and guidelines, regulatory standards, and proprietary systems
  • Ability to lead, manage, and empower teams with multifaceted strengths across multiple locations.
  • Ability to lead and run remote teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent planning and organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research issues, identify problems, maintain effective working relationships, and identify the internal and external dynamics that impact the organization's work.
  • Ability to implement evaluation tools to ensure progress and supervise accountability.
  • Ability to deliver training using proprietary systems, maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge, and be flexible and receptive to change.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

The salary range for this position is $88,400 to $144,300. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
